Our Process - Design
If you are pleased with the design and approximate cost of the project, we ask for a small Design Retainer which usually represents about 2% of the approximate job cost. This fee will be applied toward the down payment of your home remodeling project when the contract is signed. This allows our design professional to continue spending time to refine the design until it reflects exactly what you are looking to have done. Then the designer will submit the project to our Estimating Department.
